Join us for the workout!

MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS @ 6:30-7:30 AM

EXERCISE PHILOSOPHY: Feel the burn but not the pain. Pain is our bodies saying something is wrong and we should stop before it gets worse. The burn is lactic acid building up in our muscles. That is ok to feel. Everyone will be at a different level of fitness and so, each person will utilize different amounts of weight, work for different time durations, and/or have different rep schemes.

WORK OUT RULES:
- Work out with at least 1 other person (I don’t count as the other person)
- Smile – it takes less energy than frowning (true fact)
- Write out your goals (we can work on these together)
- Be on time and ready to work hard (on time is 5 min late)
- Cheer and celebrate others and their successes
- Rest, catch your breath, let the burn ease, but never quit
- Have fun!!
